Hot Water Beach

Cinco dias en una casita de playa tipica de Nueva Zelanda en una playa preciosa situada en la peninsula del Coromandel en la isla norte. Cinco dias de playa, surf, barbacoas, juegos de mesa.. Y de pala! Resulta que cuando baja la marea, hay una zona de rocas en medio de la playa donde te haces un agujero en la arena (con tu pala) y sale agua caliente caliente. Y ahi te quedas tumbado removiendo la arena del fondo para que salga agua mas caliente, hasta que quema tanto que te tienes que meter al mar que esta friiiio friio. 

Five days in a typical New Zealand bach by a beautiful beach in the Coromandel. Five days of beach, surf, barbeques, board games.. And shovels! Apparently at Hot Water Beach there is actually hot water! So basically what you do is to dig a big whole (with your shovel) close to the rocks where the hot water spring (spring?) is, and then you lie down in your hole until the water gets so hot that you actually feel like getting into the cold-as (see what I did there?) sea.
